Moro wins District Junior
Congratulations to Jack Moro on winning the 2021 Fountain Tire District Junior. A late birdie on the seventeenth hole allowed Jack to pull away from his closest competitor, Nathan Lepore. The final round featured multiple lead changes between Jack and Nathan. Jack finished the 36-hole tournament at 1-over par.
With the win, Jack qualifies for the 2022 Ontario Junior (U19) Championship. He also ties Robert Cumming and Bill Shewchuk for the most victories all-time at the District Junior with three.
